The Start
Next3PL already had a platform in place to handle basic e-commerce fulfillment services. However, the majority of their processes like order picking, courier selection, warehouse receipts, order management, and more, were done manually. And when they decided to scale their operations and offer global fulfillment, they realized that the operations required streamlining, automation, and digitalization. And that's when they came to us.
We analyzed their current platform and offered to build different microservices that would cater to their varying operations. Our team started with building version 1.0 of products like customer portal and warehousing management system (Genisys). These two microservices helped streamline and automate several operations for the customers (vendors), warehouse staff, pickers, and administrators.
With automated courier selection, real-time inventory visibility and reporting, bulk order auto processing, and order creation & management, we have helped Next3PL digitalize their multiple operations and scale globally without any roadblock.
